Last month TasRail’s Chairman Bob Annells gave a lunchtime presentation to business and industry leaders in Launceston and Hobart. The events provided a great opportunity to talk about TasRail’s business journey – our challenges and our highlights as well as our plans to become a World Class, fully integrated, short haul freight railway. The presentation was well received, with 110 people attending in Launceston and 130 in Hobart. Guests included the Governor of Tasmania, His Excellency Peter Underwood.
